Dr. Chelsea Laden, Optometrist, and Associates - Red Wing Mall is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 144 Tyler Road North. Your Redwing eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Annual eye exams are a recommended cornerstone for ensuring the health of your eyes. In addition to checking for changes in your vision and updating your prescription, we will also look at your overall eye health, internally and externally. Prevention and early detection are keys to maintaining healthy eyes, as some eye health issues have no immediate symptoms but can still cause damage if left untreated. That’s why regular check-ups are critical.

  • Dr. Chelsea Laden

    Dr. Chelsea Laden graduated top of her class with a BS in Health and Science Studies. Following her undergraduate career, Chelsea was drafted into the NWHL. Chelsea went on to earn her doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO), where she gained an extensive knowledge of ocular disease, binocular vision and contact lenses. She enjoys optometric care for patients of all ages and provides the best quality of care. In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys fishing and staying physically fit.

  • Dr. Allison Crutchmer

    Dr. Crutchmer grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She then completed a Doctor of Optometry degree, cum laude, at Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Dr. Crutchmer moved to the Twin Cities in 2006 to be closer to her now-husband, Wesley, and began working for Pearle Vision that same year. She became acquainted with Red Wing through Pearle and fell in love with the area.

  • Dr. Jake Rancic

    Dr. Rancic has a BA in Biology with honors. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He concentrated on the management of ocular disease, Lasik and Cataract management, and low vision. He will use his experiences to give his patients the best comprehensive care. Doctor Rancic is excited to be in Red Wing so that he can get to know his patients on a personal level. Outside the clinic, he enjoys outdoor sports and activities.
